AP APCOS OFFICIAL NOTIFICATION OUT 2021

Applications are invited from qualified and eligible candidates for filling up of the post of Monitoring Consultant, Dental technician, clinical Psychologist, Audiologist & Speech therapist, Dental Hygienist (For CHC Dental Units), Staff Nurses , Lab-Technician Gr-II and Data Entry Operator Under NHM Scheme, on Contract basis, initially for a period of 1 year under the control of District Medical & Health Officer, Srikakulam.

RULE OF RESERVATION:

Rule of reservation and minimum and maximum age limit will be followed as per the A.P., State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, read with the relevant specific rules applicable. The rule of reservation to local candidates is applicable as per presidential order.

AGE:

Maximum Age shall be reckoned as on 42 with the relaxation allowed for the above age limit as per GOs rules in force .

HOW TO APPLY

a. Filled in applications forms shall be submitted in the person or through registered post to the District Medical & Health Officer, Srikakulam to reach on before 12-08-2021 by 5:00 PM application which are received after due dates will be summarily rejected .District Selection Committee is not responsible for post delays.

b. Attested copies of the following certificate shall should be enclosed along with the application forms.

Note: – Applications which are not carrying up to date renewals of respective council by board will be summarily rejected Application Received Office working Days Only – 10:00 AM to 5: 00 PM
